Simple Peach Glazed Ham
- 1 Andronico’s Semi-Boneless, Whole Smoked Ham
- ¾ cup prepared peach preserves
- ½ to 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Line a large roasting pan with heavy-duty foil. Unwrap ham then place in roasting pan. Using a sharp knife, score the surface of the ham into diamond shapes.
- In a bowl, combine peach preserves, cinnamon, and vinegar. Spoon and spread 1/3 of the peach mixture evenly over the top of the ham. Bake ham for 1 hour.
- Spoon and spread 1/3 of the peach mixture evenly over the top of the ham. Bake for another hour.
- Spoon and spread remaining peach mixture evenly over the top of the ham then continue baking for 30 to 45 minutes longer, or until internal temperature of the ham reaches 140 degrees F.
- Transfer ham to a cutting board, let stand for 5 minutes then carve into slices.
